 i read the tutorial on how to do this and it seemed kind of hard at first but it ended up being easier than i thought. i think that the photo looks a lot better softened than just natural, it makes my skin look nicer and everything in the photo look smoother.

 this assignment wasn't  too hard, it was actually kind of fun. i tried to make my picture look kind of earthy and woodsy. i picked colors that matched my hair, and my clothes, that way it wouldn't be too crowded and colorful.

I though that my sequencing was very plain, but it worked because i think most people will understand what it is. One of the pictures that i don't like is the 3rd picture because you can barely tell what it is. My story is about a flower and how it starts out just a tiny seed and grows into something beautiful. The process was kind of hard because i had a hard time thinking of what to do. Overall i thought it was a really fun project, because i had so many ideas, and my first idea didn't work out, but i thought this one was fun to do.

 I really liked this assignment because it was really fun to do, seeing all the looks that i could pull off and putting them all together and seeing the diversity. The first picture makes me look like a junkie with messy hair, the second one looks like me, the third one kinda looks like an 80's high school nerd and the last one i think looks like a chola. I think it was a very good assignment to  give to a photo 1/2 class, not only because it was really cool but also to show the different sides of photography. It was kind of weird taking pictures of myself because I'm a little camera shy but it was pretty easy to get over it because i just had to look at the camera and do what i thought my character would do.
